What is the turn around time on service?

Our turn around time is variable, depending on project and scope, though most business class phone systems are able to be installed, setup, and serviced within about a month for transition time upon acceptance. Wiring is quicker, with availability out usually a week or so, though if a job needs to be done in a pinch, we do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer 24 hours per day support?

24 hour support is available, though for the vast majority of our clients we provide 7a-5:30p M-F support, with on-call as an option for after hours. This fitsthe majority of business and allows for us to be very responsive in addressing any issues that may arise.
